Hot Timeout Routine - Express Class (30 mins) w/ Lee-Ann
As a former 3x NBA Dancer, Lee-Ann lives for the big, exciting energy a Hot Timeout Routine brings during a game! A "hot timeout" in the NBA is an in-game entertainment term used to describe a timeout called by the visiting team when the home team is on a major scoring run and the crowd is at its loudest. NBA dancers will storm the court & dance to high energy song to hype up the crowd & get the arena excited for a close and exciting game ending! This routine is usually consists of 4 counts of 8 that can be repeated to give game-winning energy at its best! This class will be a fast-paced insight to NBA dance choreography, the big energy projection, & the performance qualities to amp up the crowd at the height of 4th quarter! Lets go!

With over 20+ years of dance education experience as a teacher in various studios, a BA in Dance from the University of Maryland, 3x NBA Washington Wizards Dancer, with 10+ years of coaching hundreds of dancers through Sideline Prep, and providing professional critique as a Dance Adjudicator for Star Dance Alliance and recently now a Dance Judge for Universal Dance Association (UDA) at the collegiate level, Lee-Ann’s true passion and heart go into helping you achieve your dance dreams!
