Join Lee-Ann Barber from Two Hearts Dance & Yoga for an all-levels vinyasa yoga flow that will encourage community, enlighten harmony with mind and body, and create an energizing and fun atmosphere for both humans and felines of all kind.

This yoga practice is accessible to every body, promoting self-care and gratitude for all. While being mindful that the movements and poses are just offerings, participants are more than welcome to modify and/ore alter any of it to fit personal needs without expectation. Just bring your positive energy and be open to sharing a smile while enjoying the sweet companionship our furry friends!
