Join Lee-Ann Barber from Two Hearts Dance & Yoga , and her two cats Rue and Luna, for an all-levels vinyasa yoga flow that will encourage community, enlighten harmony with mind and body, and create an energizing and fun atmosphere for both humans and felines of all kind.

In your home space, be sure to set up a yoga mat and grab a refreshing beverage to hydrate during the class. It is recommended to have Yoga Blocks as well but is not required. Don’t forget to invite your pets to practice with you!
